I'm in a similar situation to this but the thing is that my headset (virtuoso SE) still connects wirelessly. but it never does.Ĭan any one at corsair confirm they're rolling out a fix? (and maybe nudge your QA team to actually do compatibility tests before rolling out an update?)Īnd in the mean time can you suggest how i roll ICUE back to version 4? Having tried the "Pair" button in the Dongle tab - you're prompted to plug the USB in from the headset into your system and reassured that "Pairing will start soon". (See first image attachment) Before the update there was a tab at the top for the headset. This has made my headset (one of the most expensive on the market) nothing more than a desk ornament.įor more context though ICUE detects the dongle but not the headset. The headset reset suggested above does nothing and from what i can tell is just Corsairs copy and paste response when they don't have a solution. Thanks for the clear work around and fix, everything is working again! I could use my headset wired but wireless was horrid sound/mic and my virtuoso was missing from the icue software after initially fixing the NVME issue. I tried a few other threads, updated icue, downgraded icue, tried different ports, etc. I had some NVME issues (update your samsung drives) and after getting thing back up, my dongle was red. Note i think this isn't so much a QA issue as it is a HMI/UI issue.Ĭonfirming that this fixed it for me as well. then my system paired and i could unplug the headset still connected and all the settings accessible. (but that isn't really sufficient instruction)ĥ.After you've plugged it in switch the headset to wired mode.Ħ. this prompts you to plug the headset in and wait. Click the "Pair" button (bottom right).Ĥ. if you dont even have the Dongle detected then i think we had different issues.ģ. Make sure your in the Dongle (Reciever) device tab. And because of the failed Virtuoso, I wrote them an obscene letter. The keyboard was saved by the firmware, but I also asked for it for two weeks. The advice and recommendations I received from support did not help. Maybe you can tell me how to make it work all in one? How to make iCue regulate AIO in automatic mode? If I install it - my backlight will again turn into an independent one for each device. Thank you! But I still control the water cooling manually and don't know how to control the lights on the motherboard because I removed the MSI Center. And the method described above by the respected Corsair Elito helped me. But after installation, I saw only the dongle. I installed iCue 5.1 in the hope that the nerves spent and $ 1000 will compensate me for a working application. Installed iCue 3.4 - he saw everything, but he also could not control the rear fan and AIO. Before getting the latest K70 firmware, MSI Center didn't see the keyboard. There I managed to synchronize the light of the motherboard, fans and keyboard. Tried to leave LINK and installed MSI Center. It worked great with the AIO, but I lost the other devices because LINK can only control the AIO if there is no iCue. I installed AIO and found that AIO does not automatically switch profiles, does not increase rpm under load. Regarding the keyboard failure, I contacted support and received the firmware. Also, my GAMEROCK did not work with an ASRGB cable. I struggled for a long time and could not adjust the backlight. The motherboard was detected in iCue only when MSI Center was installed. And also, the rear fan had its own color, being connected to the same HUB with the rest. Didn't sync.Īfter turning on the headset - the keyboard turned red and the color could not be switched after turning it off. But there is a nuance: all the backlighting was constantly different. I had iCue 4.3 installed and it detected Virtuoso, USB Virtuoso dongle, K70 RGB Mk.2, IronClaw and FANs LL-120 and LL-140 correctly. The store had only AIO H150i PRO RGB and I bought it. Case, fans, AIO, headset, keyboard, mouse and mat - Corsair.
